The current source file does not include household income or housing-unit counts, so the site does not report those metrics. ZIP Codes are postal delivery constructs; Census ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs) are statistical approximations and are not interchangeable with USPS ZIP Codes. The source file does not include publisher, release date, or license metadata. Those details should be added before the data is presented as authoritative or reused commercially.
